What we collect
When you send an enquiry: your name, mobile number, and anything else you choose to share, such as email, budget, preferred areas, timeline and message. We also note which page you enquired from.
Our calculators run in your browser. What you type into them is not sent to us. The site visit checklist is saved only on your own device.
Why we collect it
Only to respond to your enquiry: to call or message you about properties, plots or home loans that match what you asked for.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your details. We share them with a developer, bank or loan partner only when needed for your enquiry, such as booking a site visit or starting a loan application, and only after telling you.
How long we keep it
Until you ask us to delete it, or 24 months after our last contact, whichever comes first.
Your choices
You can withdraw consent, ask what we hold about you, or ask us to delete it at any time. Message us on Instagram or reply to any message from us, and we'll act within 7 days.
